The Bigs(xbox live probelm)

ok,so heres the story im playing the bigs on xbox live, and its really slow and glitchy(sp). and i have chater high speed internet and everything. does any1 else have this problem?? or know what i can do to make it stop doing it>?

what about two player 2,i signed on and then my quest signed on and i went into a game,and only one of us were playing?? do u have to be playing with some1 else who has two people on?
