i pulled a muscle in my leg a week ago and im using icey hot on it. i was wondering how i should go about this should i use it during practice, or only put it on before and after? please replie soon cause im goin to a camp at hobart tomorrow. btw is this in the right forum.

use it after
i put it on one night at camp, and the next morning i sweated it out and it hurt(which i imagine would be worse if you applied it right before a session)
and watch your manhood cause that stuff kills

Where on your leg did you pull your muscle?
Don't use it if you pulled your groin, because that could lead to it going to that place where the sun don't shine.
I think you should probably just put icy hot on tonight and before you go tomorrow.

Yeah, be careful around your "equipment." If anything, i wouldn't use it at all. Hot shower and stretch will help. and try to take it easy on it for a day or two.

Icy Hot feels good, but it doesn't help with the physical improvements/rahabilitations as much as some other products do.
