Anyone heard of this band?o
Its very explicit, but the beats and chorus's are awesome.
Its a mix of Punk, Rap, Rock and some other stuff.
Their album is coming in the fall, but you can get it from myspace:
or limewire

on myspace, listen to "no 5" (warning, its explicit), its easily my favorite song right now.

what do you think of them?

I like them. I don't listen to them that much, but from what I've heard of them I liked.

I use to listen to them all the time a couple of months ago but it got kind of old after a while. I still listen to them a little.

Same with me cougar.

I listened to them a lot 6 or 7 months ago, but most of the songs are like the rest, so it got old fast.

I love Hollywood Undead, even if I'm mostly a metal lover, I'm not a fan of most of the lyrics (Although some are funny), but I do like the beats a lot. It's a good mix of different genres of music (Hip-hop, screamo, alternative). I would compare them in a way to Linkin Park, although HU is a lot more explicit.

And I can't wait for the new album.

I find them very annoying. I heard one of their songs and I thought it was awesome at first, but my like for them was short-lived.

Yeah, I agree, a few songs are annoying, like Scene For Dummies and Turn Off The Lights, but they have a lot of variety; The Loss and My Black Dahlia are very emo oriented, (Another word for female dogs) and No. 5 are more rap with explicit lyrics, Sell Your Soul is more of a hardcore song, ect.

I have the same musical taste as murderlax, hardcore/metal/heavy stuff/some punk/alternative/and some rap

my friend got me some tracks from them last summer and put them on a cd for me, I listened to it alot when I first got it, and liked how they sounded and enjoyed the comedy. Imo, charlie scene is the funniest in the group. But eh, it didn't seem as great after a while, now I just listen to it occasionally, it is still good though imo. I am still gonna check out the album after it comes out. Very creative and clever with good beats and funny lyrics, just I think it would be better if they added more hardcore/metal/grind-anything sounds (stuff like screams, squeals, beat change-ups etc) and toned down the content a bit, but ya they are still pretty tight.

you, my friend, have a VERY good taste in music. i competly agree with you. i think that if they'd add a few more screams, maybe squeals, and change-ups, it'll change up the music(for the better) alot.
most of it, is repetitious beats, one after the other, but if they added in some screams to shadow the rapping section, it'll have alot more variety, and alot more FLAVA.
