Hey guys im the new mod of this forum. what do you think would improve college lax the most? A shot clock, a 2 point shot, or something different? Share your feedback!

That shot clock is essential to make the game work. In all honesty, one guy could theoretically handle the ball for MINUTES and just wander around the offensive zone, waiting for the clock to run out with a 1 goal lead. Is that how you want to see games end? No! Hell NO!!! Personally, I want to see a knock-down, drag-em-out battle to the end. The clock forces each team to shoot....thus, no wimpy wussy crap!

stripper would improbe attendance ne ways shot clock needs to be in there and the freaking 2 point line sucks, it should not get in the college game

i think the shot clock would be a awsome idea. I find the college game to be slow at times. The shot clock would speed it up and make it more enjoyable w/o a dubt.

NO shot clock, NO two point line, the only addition that needs to be made is the elimination of the sideline horn. By doing this along with making the sub box 5 yards longer on each side, will give everyone what they want.

nothing, college lax games are good times....though strippers would be nice, except i dont think anyone would really watch the games..

the sideline horn is needed, it gives players more time to switch off and it gives a few seconds of breathing time..

yes i agree with you but as i was saying, IF something had to be changed this is what should. while i personally love the defenseive games that are being had, this rule change would give some to all those who want no lsm or more offense. This would make it harder to get purely defenseive middies on the field besides a lsm. thus bringing back the two way middie. get the drift. thats just my two cents.

Here is my best way to explain how I think the pace of the game should be. On a scale of 1 to 20, 1 being college play and 20 being MLL play, I think 8 would be the perfect balance of run and gun, and slow down stragity.

not to rag on you but the mll is a joke and it will always be a joke. any true fan of the sport knows that the purest and best from of the game is college ball. i honestly think that the mll will go down the drain unless they do something to cater to the real fans. otherwise they will be in the same boat as womens soccer, out of a job.

Well thats your opinion, but I love the MLL ( and would love it more if they changed some rules). Its a great thing for lacrosse to have this league and it will get better as in grows.

first off, two of the three middies do not have to be two way anymore. second the article on e-lacrosse by chris ely is horrible. The mll is a joke, sorry if the scores in colelge arent 23-24 but most people do appreciate some defense.

Anything BUT the shotclock, two point, and male strippers (we all know waht you were really talking about tibs) J/k buddy.... but seriously i hate the shot clock and in respons to the stalling ... there is a rule against stalling and it serves its purpose.... and the two point shot will only lead to dumb arses like me taking those shots all day going for "glory goals" off low percentage shots that are easily stopped by goalies..... keep it the way it is and make a video game about it iom out peace

Since when did that rule start getting enforced? Maybe if it was called, I'd be more willing to acknowledge its existence.
