Thats a decent goal, for the price though I would go with the brine in the crease backyard goal. http://www.sportsauthority.com/product/index.jsp?productId=1842810&cp=2057779.711658.761507.694178&parentPage=family. Its same price yet a main brand that makes good lacrosse gear overall.
Most goals are assembled the same or similar, so it should be pretty easy to assemble, the hardest part IMO is putting the net on.
Overall both goals with be fine.

jdscott...im pretty sure my friend has the same net...after a while it will start ripping but it gets the job done for a while

I think you should just go to your local sports store and try and pick up a goal that's made by a more trusted lacrosse name, like Brine or Warrior. By getting it yourself you can be sure it won't get damaged through shipping, and if you don't like it you can return without having to pay huge return shipping costs. And most general sports stores like D!ck's or Sport's Authority have lacrosse goals for the same price.
