Avatar Problem

For some reason this picture is too big for the site. I've tried saving it as a JPEG, PNG, RAW, and Photoshop file. I am using Imageshack to host it. Whenever I put in an image URL or browse my computer and find the picture then press save changes I get some error like image not valid or too big. HELP!

Don't host using imageshack, save and upload, make sure it's 150X150 or less, if it still says it's too big, open it using Paint, save it, try uploading it again, if that doesn't work, find something else, or try making it smaller aka resize it.

I've had that happen to me, both the not valid and too large thing. I think, that even if you resize it, the amount of detail may make it to many pixels. (I think atleast) The not valid thing has happened to me if I try to edit it in Paint or something like that, then try to save it, then try to upload it. It just said that it's not a valid image. Not sure what you can do there.
