longgggg lacrosse stick questions

those long sticks, the really long/tall ones (dont know what their called), mostly guys use them. girls arent allowed to use them in games but my mom said shed buy me one. i was wondering whats the best brand to buy for a stick like that?

They're called d-poles for defense, they're used by defenders and can only be used by guys. Really any d-pole will do, its mostly preference.

There called poles like he mentioned, are about six feet long, and only 4 of them are aloud on the field at once. Most people prefer a relatively light, strong pole. They like stiff heads that won't bend when they stick check. I like Warrior poles, but again, its all preference.

i know you cant use them in games for girls, but i thought itd be fun to just use for practice, being a defender in all

I like my Sci-Ti, but's that's a little too expensive if you can't even use it in a game.

It's pretty much a preference thing. Preference threads area against the rules. Certain people like certain shafts.

hannah, dont bother practicing with a boys stick you wont use in a game.
work with the stick that you already have, that will improve your game and lead to more playing time
