i'm not sure if others would agree, but i always felt that public humiliation is a great way to prevent crime. would pedophiles think twice if the consequences could include them walking around with picture of a baby on their shirt, that said "I'd tap that." jail is one thing, but funny looks everywhere you go is pretty scary to me.
