im on my highschool team and im a freshman. im 6'0 145llbs. Im one of the smaller people on the team weight wise. Im constantly getting take out checks and getting sandwiched by people that outway me everytime i drive to the goal. is there anyway dodge two defenders at the same time. it sucks because at my schools summer camp two ******** managed to break my arm bad enough that i had to have a plate put in and while i was on the ground they thought they were so cool

ummm, beef up, keep movin and ask some other attack guys how to take the hits, they'll have heaps of tips for you on what's best to do while ur getting a big hit from some D guy.

if their comin after you from the sides, change your speed and make them use agility to stay on you. should work if u could stop on the spot and roll off one of them. then either look for a shot or an outlet pass

what fenwicklax89 said is a very good way to dodge d guy. if you can change speed the d man will have to change speed to and they will not concentrate on hitting you, instead they will concentrate on what your doing

Orrrrr, even better, if there are two people on you, there's going to be someone on your team open. Don't be stupid: don't drive it in against two people. Pass it.

^^^^^^^ excallent point. Dont even let it get to the point where you would get sandwiched. Draw the double team and then dish the ball out ot the open guy for a free shot.

really the only way si to get better. im not saying yoyr bad, its jsut the truth. if you watch games, its only the real good kids who can pull off getting away from multipple d men at once. or u can just get really fat and run through people, nut i hate people who do that

on ground balls when there are like 4 guys from the other team there, i pick up the gb put my stick in 1 hand and just run through every one just to get some space. i never really thought of it to be that hard so on gb's one hand and bring your stick close to you and like cover it with your body

if you want to beef up go to your local gnc or gnc.com and get protien whey i garentee that you gain 15 pounds from fckin one of those big tubs and dont let those kids get down you down just practice alot and youll be fine

Lacrosse is a graceful game, anyway. We don't need huge, stinky, fat, white kids running around with pads that don't fit them. I kid.
But grace and agile-ness (?) is what comes to my mind when I hear "lacrosse."

Ah, a fellow skinny person. I weigh 130 my friend and its sucks to get knocked around (especially in football). I have worked on quickness and now my entire game revolves around quickness. You get respect when your quick because you have the ability to make defensemen look like absolute fools.
