cheap heads

Hi I got really bored one day and I decided to dye a new head with the team america dye from IL (props to mccool :clap: ) and string it up with a pocket that I invented but I didnt have an undyed head and I dont want to blow a whole lot on a good head (i'm saving up for the stiffie) so I was wondering what head can I buy cheap for practice? I used to use the savage II but I've noticed the center leather holes start very wide and end up very narrow at the bottom making it hard to string an even channel on a custom. so I need suggestions on a cheap head for practicing.

Blazes/ harpoons take dye really well. And hold thier pinch really good if you pinch it.

ummmm, look in the fs/wtb thread and buy a cheap head, u can find an av8 for like 10 dollars same with a ripper or ann icon

agreed, these actually have the potential to be decent heads, if you pinch and dye them.

I would go with an AV8 or an icon. Both aren't to bad for begginers sticks.

nah, no av8, but i do have an icon, and a vector, both of which are great for customs
