removing dye

Is there a way where i could remove the dye from my head or at least fade the color enough where i could dye over it? Like fade a darker color so that a lighter color can dye over it?

No. Put you can make it lighter by putting in super hot water, and it will fade a little bit, but not a lot. What color is your head right now?

Its purple, I was trying to dye it black.

Just finish dyeing it black and put some white mesh on it.

I cant get it to turn black though it just keeps turning purple.
