Villa Julie Lacrosse

Does anyone know anything about this school. Coach cantabene has been talking to me and im afraid i dont know much about the school. Anyone know how it does academically, i saw on laxpower they were ranked top20 ish on D3..

coach cantabene is my club coach so we practice at villa julie all the time. they campus is really nice and i heard its a really good school. im also looking at villa julie as one of my top school to play at.

I wouldn't say the academics "really good," but it depends what you're looking for. The one person I know that went there to play lax dropped out in freshman year, but I have no idea why.

I would say the academics are "ok". Similar to a Cabrini.

my brother goes there and i live all the way on long island supposebly there next couple of recruiting classes there takin a run at salsibery

I don't hardly think Villa Julie will EVER run at Salisbury. Goucher or
Mary Washington, maybe, but Cantabene can't win 'em all.

Mary Washington? I'm not calling you out or anything but they weren't anything special this year. Did they get a new coach or something?

i dont no but did u see them take down the defending champs last year cortland only a thought.

VJ just up'ed the bar a bit for themselves
they added a lot of tough competition this year they are currently playing
gettysburg,WAC(supposedly dropped we will see what happens), lynchburg,salisbury,cortland and stevens tech
6 top 20 teams.

The toughest D3 conference is the ODAC. VJ ain't in the ODAC.
That's Old Dominion which = VIRGINIA. And the academics are
up there too.

eh, id say the nescac is a better conference. no question they have the best academics, and theyre worst team is colby, who really isnt that bad, compared to randolph-macon and guilford in the odac.

Nahh NESCAC is without a doubt. I'd say ODAC is just as good as the Empire 8 or the Centennial Conference.
