What should a midfield train on offseason?

Like, what excersises should I focus on and the workout.
What workouts should i do, drills, training.

What do you do on your offseason to train and workout for the
next lacrosse season comming up?

Run, Lift, shoot, and cradle till your fckin arm falls off or if any of you guys live in Illinois Lacrosse America(Lacrosseamerica.com) always has offseason stuff going on anyone goin to the schaumburg camp in the winter ill be there

i dont really have an offseason, i play year round but when im playing fall or winter when i dont really care i do alot of running and lifting

Haha jonL those excerises are way off... your going to make progress just not nearly as much as you would be doing if you were doing it right...
