i just ordered a dpole a head from them and they send me a email saying it was on back order. Has anyone ordered something from them and it was placed on backorder? How long before its shipped because i cant contact them until tommarow.

Fallball is starting to come, it's not uncommon for a retailer to suddenly run out of stock.
Just wait until tommorow, they have great customer service and precise info.
This thread will just lead to speculation.

Sportstop has great customer service. The warehouse and store are within distance of me, and I have familiarized myself with the staff of both, and they'll be workin' their butts off to get you your juenks.

You should try to buy off the FS/WTB forums. It helps you to get cheaper gear and if you trade, you can always get new stuff.
I refrain from buying from any of the big companies. I buy off of eBay and the forums. I don't think I have ever paid full price for an item before, but have gotten plenty of brand new items, and lots of great used ones too.
