So as of right now our team has 3000$ in the account. The coach wants to sit down w/ us captains and figure out what we wanna get.

Noone really wants gloves, We already have fresh uniforms, everyone but freshamn have boathouse windbreakers, and i really don't wanna do pants like sweats

what are your ideas on thing to discuss??

- Helmets = Kinda outta the picture (school won't want us too)
- Gloves = Noone else seems to want them
- Bags = I was gonna see about personalized varsity gear bags...and a "C" on the captain ones?
- Socks = Most just wear ankle socks
- Cleats = Everyone wears different stuff
- Harrow shafts = I'll bring it up
- New Goals for games = sounds reasonable

the cheap team bought CLH2's last year....and won't let us get new ones....plus i gots a triumph,

and everyone said no gloves b/c they like what they got

Team helmets, pads, cleats, hats, shirts, game-day shirts, socks, maybe even sticks. Any of that would be good.

What's wrong with gloves? Or do you already have them?

But I would def go for CPX's.

The school really cares about your safety.:concerned

sticks is the only thing I can think of besides gloves and helmets.

wow... when I was in HS I'd have begged for even half of this funding. I say, make sure you pay for what you need to play (field time, refs, league dues, GOOD coaches). Beyond that, it's all icing on the cake!

New training aids?
Saucers for on the field, new cones.

Your team doesn't really want new stuff, maybe help the rest of the teams a little with new helmets, you already stated that the old cascades were pathetic.

Well since it sounds like helmets and gloves are out of the question, I would get:
running clothes
warm up shirts (maybe shorts) before games
game shorts if you don't already have them
custom socks (the cool ones, 2 team colored stripes, that are mid calf high)
custom bags
some new goals for games
new training aids if needed.

Pinnies with numbers on them for each player that are reversible.

When we have practice, everyone has their own color pinny so it makes it hard to do darks and lights when one side is red and the other white. You can't always remember which one is dark at the moment.

Other than that, gloves even though everybody has them. Why would they complain about brand new custom gloves? Absurd.

Maybe something like a small team work out center too.

some balls, new goals is always good team pennies

i recomend some new penneys, maybe some with numbers on them.
some gloves and helmets can be nice.

as for ap's/sp's/sticks, everyone has their own prefernace so i guess that can be left out to save money. plus you should have a stick if you're on the team.

honestly i think that a team order of CPX helmets with decals and order new team gloves. just make everyone pay if they want them and hold on to the ones you dont sell. anything else i would go with pennies and cleats.

guys its not that noone doesn't want team gloves its that people said that they wouldn't use them, i'd use my regular defts that i got. I'll just talk to the coach about it.

it depends on what your school colors are. if its like blue or red you dont need to do the team order but if its like mine which are purple and gold you have to actually order special ones. the only important thing would be CPX helmets and goals then.

get the custom CPX's or wait a couple weeks and get the sick custom PRO 7's
You can compare the safety of a CLH2 to the PRO 7/CPX if the school complains
then maybe pinnies/gloves btw mi high skool uses custom maroon and gold defts and they look sick

Do you know the Pro7's come out in a couple of weeks? Or are you just speculating?
I say some CPX's. Honestly, if I saw a team with all nice bags and jerseys and socks and stuff, then have the old cascade helmets, I might just laugh.

sticks is the only thing I can think of besides gloves and helmets.

so the CLH isn't a good helmet? just because its not in the $150 dollar price range doesn't mean that its a bad helmet.

again it's certified...making it just fine for your level of play

Practice jerseys, team apparel, a tournament entry

Ctown311

I would get pinnies, new goals, like around 500 balls(my team loses them like crazy, plus some of the guys like to take some after practice), and new helmets.

Custom Underarmor shorts and heat gear. Can have you school logo and mascot put on them.

Or use the money to enter a Tournament or two, travel to another state to play games.

Definitely stick a case or two of balls in there. You'll need them eventually, what with the ease of losing a small ball being hurled at 70+ mph over and over again.

Ctown311

Yah go for custon underarmour gear. Espically cleats, had them for football. Go for mid Speeds.
