I am not sure what position is best for me.
I will give some of my physical info and stuff and think what you guys say is best for me.

Well, my physical description.

I am 5'6 at 140.
I do workout sometimes everyother day.
I run Cross Country, about 3 miles each day for practice, including the weekends.
I also sprint often in cross country, and i run track and am a sprinter.
My mile is around 7 mins or less, since i havent done it in a while. And in XC you pace yourself to do 3.
I am a beginner in Lax, am playing Freshmen team in the spring.
I am a sprinter and pretty good at long distances as well.
My shot, isnt as bad as the next person or as good. So, its not good nor bad, i am practicing on my shot very often so i can get much better before the season begins.

And etc.
If you need more info to decide, please ask.

So what position would you recommend me to be?

the way most coaches do it is if they are down a middie someone form attack gets bumped to middie and vise versa, this happens more so in tournaments where u play 7 on 7 and only bring about 12-13 poepl. u seem to do a lot of running my first say would be middie. but if you have horrible defense or are crazy good on your feet (ie quick turns, stop go, etc.) then id say attack. Overall i guess id say try to try both of them out before tryouts and pick whatever you like best. note that the coaches may switch you based on strengths/ weaknesses.

id have to go with middie just based on your running attributes.
