Ok, so, the next time some dude makes a "What _____ should I get?/What's the best _____ for _____? "thread, just suggest crappy equipment. I mean, instead of *****ing at them, this is a good way of "getting" them.

ya, and also lots of kids who come here know what they're talking about when they ask, they are just lloking for an opininion. when i joined i would definently know not to get a ballhog or a patriot.

I feel that if they have looked around and what not you can ask an opinion question.
Stuff that are a no go:
"what are lacrosse heads made of"
"whats the rule on sec. 13 pg. 9"
"How do i string a stick?"
"Latinbabe/sum sum/laxbabe/Laxergirl what your phone number. I love you."
Go:
"How do you like the new profile?"
"Do your merc pros rip easily?"

yea, ive actually had enough of the stick related questions so im typing up "Lacrosse Handbook" for newbs, with descriptions of each head, pinch, weight, etc. Its taking some time cause im getting a ton of HW these days, but when im finished hopefully a mod can sticky it
then the only questions will be opinion questions

you know what i just thought of? remember the siteguidleines you were supposed to read over when you registered? maybe we should try to find a way to quiz all new members over the rules before they get posting privledges... it would be over poster eitquette and where to find info and such.

as for kids asking qustions about pockets i say this is a good idea.
but when kids ask how a certain head is i say just tell them
BUT if they ask "what head should i get" opposed to "how is the ____" then ya mess around with them
