ive been addicted to saw ever since the first one. It should be interesting to see how this one plays out now that the mastermind is dead. I dont believe its fake because that footage wasnt in any of the other movies so it would be hard for someone to just put it together

the first two were much better than the third, and this looks worse than the previous three. just too much gore and an exponentially diminishing story line. the game can only go on for so long before it just gets bad.

i thought that the third was definetly really good. This fourth one might be good depending on how they play out the storyline

Yeah...but at the end jigsaw is all "I am the man responsible for the loss of your child", but as a twist leading you into the 4th one, they show Jeff's daughter.

But yeah, it looks intense with the tape in the stomach and stuff.

Really, they could go on and on and on for like 50 more...But that would get old. There are only so many 'games' to play and they'll do them all by saw XXV.

umm its definately fake there is no saw four coming out, they interviewed the producers and director who stated there wasnt going to be any more not they were unsure. no more was the final word

There's a Saw 4, 5, and 6 coming out.

And Jigsaw is dead, it even says it in the descriptions for Saw 4.

If the trailer is the real thing, then of course Jigsaw is dead. I don't know how alive you'd feel if your brain was pulled out of your head... and that's definitely his body in the trailer.

Man and I hated reading about autopsy but watching it creeps me out. I'll definitely see it though, I watched the other ones and liked them although 3 wasn't great.

there are a lot of other trailers on youtube so it looks like its real. And there is no way that jigsaw is alive, he was about to dye from a tumor, and then got shot, unless he has some brother that looks just like him, although it would suprise me

I agree completely. I'm intrigued to go see it just to find out how bad it was. I did the same thing with the third one, which was easy to predict from the beginning.

I thought 2 was the best overall story to the series, the ending of 1 was the best, and three was awful.

I watched the second one for the first time watching a saw movie, pretty freakin gross

First time I saw the first movie I passed it off with a "meh."

I decided I hadn't given a fair shot and re-watched (along with 2 & 3 which I hadn't seen yet and I was quite interested in seeing) and changed my mind about the series. So now that I'm more into it I'm interested in seeing the 4th, however I'm apprehensive about how much more they can rube goldberg the series. Especially with Jigsaw no longer among the living, and this not exactly being the horror series that can easily throw in a supernatural excuse ala Nightmare on Elm, Friday the 13th etc.

I'll still see it (though most likely on dvd) as it's the first horror/slasher series since the Hellraiser movies I've enjoyed for the sum of it's parts (and for some reason Jigsaw would make a great cenobite after Barker gets around to finally offing Pinhead), so we'll see.

So I havent seen any of the other saw movies, except for a little bit of saw 2 I think, but it looked interesting and a group of my friends went to it with me on friday. The story made sense right away coz they gave alot of backstory and all that. I WAS dissapointed in the "scary-ness"/gore of the movie, but thought the story was actually really good (the character development was really well done, I found myself thinking John was the good guy at some parts (?) so it was twisted in a cool way I thouht). Some of the 'games' were pretty tight though, what sucked was my girl was in the lobby with her friend for the bulk of the movie (not gonna go into it too much, but her friend pretty much hates me [she is my ex from a few years ago and we parted kinda badly] and is jealous of both her and me (me for "taking" her best friend, her for being with me) so she figured me and my girl would be the "closest" during the more violent parts, so she took her away (lamme)....but it was still a cool movie, and made me want to see the others.
