View Full Version : Speed Training Workouts

I just wanted to know if anybody had any proven to help speed training workouts. I workout out 5-6 days a week, lifting upper body and then lower body alternating days... core every day and conditioning almost everyday at football (I workout before school). I haven't really found a good speed training workout for me. Any suggestions?

Search, I've already posted one. Why do core everyday? Core muscles are just like any other muscles and you run the risk of overtraining them doing them everyday even though with you lifting 5-6 days a week doing lower/upper alternating I'd say you are already probably overtraining some and not being as efficient as you could be.
