Hey guys
I'm looking for some intense offensive middie drills, what do you recommend?
My yards not too big, I have about 15 yds of space diagonally, so I don't a lot of running space.
Also I have a net but no wall or pitchback.

Thanks, I've seen those
This is something I'm looking to do close to every day so I was looking for more variety, is there anything else?

You really should find a bigger space if you want to have some more intense drills.
Throw out 50 balls and go and take shots on the run from a number of different places. Once you get shooting on the run down, set up a line of large stakes in the ground and dodge them, then take a realistic shot on the run.
Theres not much I can think of that is really that intense though.

Practice on the run dodges with your off hand as much as possible, and probably more than with your good hand, unless your good hand needs work. Get proficient with that, then work on getting into an "on the run" shot situation after you make a good dodge; cut hard, good protection, don't trip.
Other things could probably practice keeping your head up to make a feed to the crease, behind to x, or rolling back to pass the ball up top (assuming another middie is sliding over to where you just left).
For fun add behind the back shots in case your defenseman drives you towards GLE.
Other than that, basic physical training and remembering your teams plays and sets is mostly what an offensive middie needs to do; shoot, run and pass. - frankly thats what any offensive player needs to do, just from different locations -
