View Full Version : Buying off Laxdigest.com
I heard that the shipping is terrible off laxdigest.com
Is it trustworthy, and how long does it usually take?
Does shipping and handling cost a lot?
If you bought off it, tell me. plz.

That's some sick equipment right thurrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr...
Anyways, I heard its just standard UPS shipping, which sucks. Jimalax has like, magical shipping. Took less than 23 hours for them to ship to me across state lines.
how much was the shipping about?

Depends, every 20 bucks you spend, UPS/Fed Ground goes up a buck and a half. Goals and poles cost extra.
i've ordered from there several times helmet came in 2 days, shafts came in 3 profile came in 2 and i can't remember the other stuff i've ordered from them

shipping is usually around $11, I payed $8 shipping on my X2 alone which was aweful but still came out to be cheaper than buying anywhere else. Shipping time varies on what they have in stock at the store, If you want I can check since I'm going to a tournament right next to their store :banghead:. If they have it in stock it usually takes 2-3 days, but if they don't it can take quuuiite a while, it took them 10 days to get me my freaks and I live 30 minutes away.

Lacrosse digest is one of the best retailers out there right now in my opinion, though there shipping prices are really high it still usually is well under the normal price at other places, but iv ordered a lot of stuff from them and since i liv in Indy it only took like 3 days tops i think
-sorry iv been gone for so long but im bak!

I have had some problems with shipping. Best way to do it is to figure out what you want and call their 800 number. They'll be able to tell you if they have it in stock (they don't keep large amounts of stock lying around, which leads to a lower price) and how much it'll cost to ship. It hasn't struck me as overly expensive. Also, if you call them and something isn't in stock and another thing is, they'll ship out what is and then what isn't later on when they get it in. They also provide UPS tracking numbers if you give 'em your email address.
Basically, instead of depending on the internet, you gotta call 'em.

Yea, i never order online, i always have to talk to someone before giving out credit card numbers, etc.
I think lacrosse digest doesnt keep a lot of stuff instock, and they just ship it out directly from thier warehouse or manufacturer.
I ordered from them twice and both times they didnt have ANY part of my order in stock. I was unsure, but i went ahead and ordered and i got my CPX in 2 days, and my goalie stuff in 4

They stock MOST of the stuff they advertise onlie, they pack it into a small little section of the store that is like 8x20 or something like that. An GCHS why dont you just go to the store?
