My idiot dog recently chewed up my old faithful, a Brine GBP. It's still useable, but I'm looking to replace it now. I've heard good things about both the Spartan Core and Gladiator, so does anyone who owns either have anything to say? Which one would be better? Money isn't really an issue either.

gladiator...i heard great things about it. The glads are better fitting, they use the mesh back like the aegis and exo, and they have buckles (easy adjustment).
The downside is, glads offer little to no shoulder protection, so if you take a lot of shots to the shoulder i would consider something with hard shoulder caps like the warrior MLL series

I don't want to sound like a jerk, but look at the sticky that says "Chest protector thread to end all"

The gladiator is great. A nice fit, very easy yo change and enough velcro pads to make it however you want it. The shoudl pads, or lack there of, aren't very protective, but it's a very nice chest protector.

the warrior 5000 ( the one thats gray and looks similar to a baseball cathcers pad) is sweet, light as sh*t. id go with that, or the stx exo or deluxe or aegis or genesis they are all the same

I am a fan of the Warrior MLL series. The protection is great and light to boot.
