I play attack.
My team has a problem with like 1 or 2 of our middies. The problem is that they have fast and accurate shots, but they take shots way too much for a middie, they might make a goal, 1 out of 7 shots they take, at most.
The whole starting attackmen, along with myself gets pretty pissed at him, because we could be alot better if he just passed the ball to the attackmen more often, because thats all we attackman are good for, is scoring and making assists. The midfielders do the most important thing and get the ball to the attackman, and play defense, and at appropriate times, they shoot.
But anyway, we are trying to get him and the other midfielders to quit shooting every time. How would you go about telling them and instructing them to do the right thing on the field. Without seeming like mean or whatever. Because when we tell them they just roll their eyes or something.
Please help, thanks.
