hey my fall leage is starting in a few days, and im pretty nervous because im realy rusty. Im just wondering wat you guys do to get back into the swing of things and back to the prime of ur game. Any tips would be of use.

here are some drills

but just throw around and get some shots taken on you. Its fall league so dont worry if you let a few in. Its for preparing you for spring

Well, I don't think anyone will be playing their best for the first game of fall league, including the attackmen and the other goalie. Since you don't have much time, I'd say what you need to do now is prepare yourself mentally and be sure to get a good warm up before the game. For whatever method you use to improve your reaction time, do that, too.
