well as a sophomorei was an attackman and i got moved up to varisty to play midfeild, but i didnt play a whole lot because i wasnt that fast, no slow, but no very fast. this year i wanna change that.

so im doing indoor track in the winter and im not sure if i should do sprinting or long distance. which would you reccomend and why?

Run the 800. It basically requires you be able to sprint full speed 2 laps of the track. It's incredibly hard, but if you keep at it for your whole indoor trac kseason, you should come out of it both faster and in incredible shape.

lax-19 - your brother was telling me all about the 800 on friday. I'm just saying what he told me about it. It sounds like something that would help laxattack11.
