Tried doing a search, all I got was "what head should I buy" topics.
So what is the most factory pinched, field legal head.
Also, what is the stiffest head, the lightest head (+weight), the heavist head (+its weight), and the most off-set head?
Thanks alot.

I think it might be the Bionic (?). I have one, and would recommend it to anyone. I use it for box, and while its not necessarily a box head, it is very versitile. You get a quick accurate shot, and the stick itself is very durable. I would suggest one of these, but I'm sure others will have great suggestions too...

g-force for most factory pinched.. Stiffest would be the wiz, because no body beats 'em. Anything else...I don't have the inventory or a measuring tape.

Definately the G-force. I've seen one actually come illegealy pinched.

the G-force hands down, followed by the liquid and the Bionic.

my brother had one on his dpole and over the course of a season it became illegal and the teeth on top wouldn't let the ball come out...probably because of slap checks.

probably g-force is the most pinched. matrix also has a nice pinch, but they've widened it over the years (and is now being discontinued :whyme: ) heaviest head is the fuse at around 6.8 oz (stupid rubber stuff), stiffest is probably wizard, but bionic and revo pro are also pretty stiff. The torque is the lightest head at around 4.5 oz. and most offset...no idea.

I've seen that happen.

Actually, if you look at a gforce close up then its not the most pinched. If you look at the bottom (the part that "Cradles" the ball) then you can see that the pinch is comparable to a nitrous. A bit more pinched. Its just that the nitrous flares out a bit and the gforce's sidewalls have no flare.
Most pinched would be a first gen. matrix, if you can get your hands on one of these, its awesome.
Like i said in another post, the pocket affects hold a ton.
A homegrown in a bionic or matrix would give amazing hold, enough for anyone
Most Pinched: Edge-X
Lightest: Torque/Cyber: 130 grams
Stiffest: Wizard or maybe Edge
Heaviest: Fuse 6.9 OZ. Beast.

Brine claims that their Edge-X w/ control X is the "tightest" or most pinched head on the market. Whether this be true or false advertising, I've seen kids with G-forces forced to change to their backup sticks because the ref said it was too tight. I've also seen kids with G-forces who have done custom jobs to thin out their sidewalls just so that the ball can clear the walls.

i want a deuce so bad.
yeh being able to use box heads on field is sweet but we have no box lacrosse (or very little) so it sorta evens out

Mohawk Mach 1 has apparently been re-modelled slightly to make it field-legal.
It might not be quite as tight as the G-force (probably the tightest), but a tiny pinching effort on your part would make it so.

I think if it wasn't WAY overpriced we wouldn't think this way. (if it was $40-50, I think I'd pick one up)
