I have a pretty good split dodge and i am decently fast. I am an attackman and i was wondering what are the best positions to split dodge from as attack? Thanks for any response.

any position is fine really. split dodge works from everywhere. if your dodging from goal line extended then i would start with my stick on the X side, and then split to the other side of the goal.

the best place to pull off a split dodge is from X. This way you get passed your defender, so another one will slide, (usually the crease defender). And then you will usually have another attackman open on the crease, if they are smart and know when to cut, for an easy either goal, from a little past Goal Line Extended (GLE). Or a nice assist to the crease atttackman for a goal.

The nice thing about the split dodge is that it can be done anywhere, and it is almost always quite effective. But from X, gives you the best position on the field to do whatever is necessary to get a goal for your team.

I'll start with two hands, split to one hand with my other arm protecting for about 2 steps (which gives me enough time to beat my man), get both arms up and let a jump shot loose.

split from x. Either direction you go, you are attacking the goal, which makes a defender slide on you.
If you split dodge from goal line extended, you only attack the goal if you go right (on the right side, left on the left side).
