What exercises do you do?

Like monday
bench press
incline press
decline press etc.

get in the gym and do upper body stuff, legs aren't as important, also you need to run. for the upper body do what ever there is in the gym, it cant hurt to be strong everywhere.

I usually do a 3 day cycle, taking off on Sat and Sudays

one day I'll do chest and tri's and abs w/ weights. the next day I'll do bi's back and light abs( no weight) and then the third day I'll hit the legs. I'll usually do this Mon through Fri...and then take off the weekends. Then just pick up where you left off on monday.

incline bench
decline bench
flat dumbell press
inclince and decline dumbells
cable pulls
tri pulldowns
overhead tri extensions
skull crushers

Bi's and Back
seated curl w/ bar
seated dumbell curl
inverted straight bar curl
incline curl
lat pull downs
seated row
T-bar row
good mornings
military press
Legs
Squats
Leg Press
Leg curls
Leg Extension
calf raises
Jump rope

I find cleans really help. They are hard to fit into a schedule because they use almost every muscle, but you'll really notice a difference in your other lifts too once you start to use cleans.

rubber plates on the bar and you pull it up in a stright motion anf flip your wrist...looki it up for a vid or pics.

This guys a freggin idiot...Legs are your most important muscle to work in lax. Increases speed and indurence...Harder hitting, also work your hips and lower back...Hips and back and legs is where all of you shot speed comes from...Some people or so stupid.

On the whole you want to work your muscle equal...You dont want a huge upper body and small legs (easy to knock over and you get made fun of in the gym and look funny as hell)...Find a good website or a trainer...A trainer is deff worth it if you have no clue... They will help with diff exercises and form..Your form is most important because you can hurt yourself very easily with a bad form and develop bad habbits and muscles...

Yeah...legs are huge. In fact, that should be a main focus, especially as a mid. Speed while running, power when dodging and hitting, that all comes from your legs. You should change up your work out as well. To build power, I usually do 6 sets of 6 reps, with heavy weight. For endurance, I usually do 4 sets 10-12 reps with less weight. Alternate excercise types, ie, do power sets for a month, then change by doing endurance.
