Alright, I've already started getting ready for Lacrosse season. I noticed that I have a lot of fat on my inner thighs. Any ideas on how to get rid of this?
Also, What are some good excersizes for preparing for defense and improving footwork?

agility drills check http://www.nike.com/canada/niketraining/ and just because its for hockey doesnt mean it wont be just as effective for lax
to lose fat its all in proper diet and training so read this

Go running. That usually seems to help. Also eat several meals a day, but in smaller portions, as to keep your body constantly digesting and to improve motabolism.
