Hey, so during practice today we worked on cutting and sliding. I was just curious if it's best to slide between the ball and the net, or behind the ball (between ball and midfield). I wasn't sure cause sometimes I still feel like I'm getting in the way (never having played before...with people who have played before at the college level).
