There are lot of them, start with rotational exercises and core stabilization. Progress to faster rotational movements with med balls.

Practice shooting the goal with harder balls. Try croquet balls. It's like putting weights on a baseball bat, and taking a few swings, then taking them off.

Shoulders and triceps are secondary muscle groups during shooting. If you need a visualization, try standing in front of a goal and shooting using only your arms without moving your legs or rotating your torso. I'm sure you're not going to get a net breaking shot. Small muscle groups are important but cannot produce as much force as a larger muscle or muscle group like your torso.

triceps- they push biceps pull so when you work out your triceps the push the ball out faster
abs- when you twist your body your abs will help your body get tourqe or whatever

get an old shaft close the bottom and pour sand in the shaft. put on a head and go shoot. use this along with the excersises people have listed above.

i imagine pennies would make a lotta noise......but like that matters
