I am a good goalie. It's just that my stick dosnet allow for long clearing, but i love it so i dont want to change it. Any Adive. My shaft is an inch or two longer than middie's.

try a longer shaft or fix your stick.

Yeah a longer shaft would probably fix your problems.

get a longer shaft and maybe work on ur wrist muscle more, doing one handed wall ball and lifting weights and stuff

How far do you need to clear it? Could be more in your form or the way your stick is strung than in the length of your shaft. I can throw pretty far with just your typical attack/middie shaft. Have a coach look at your technique while throwing the longer clears. Sometimes you can get the shorter ones, but when you go longer, form makes a difference and it might need a little tweaking. If that doesn't work and your stringing is fine, do as W.E.Lax suggested and work on your core and wrist muscles more.

u dont always need to clear long, some time it best to give it to your poles, or even a shotie near you to clear, but as said try a diff length pole or change you technique

it is more likely the stringing. If you have a deep Pocket you get whip in your Stik, what you don't whant for loooong passes.

if you really need to clear long then make sure that your technique is right. normally you dont have to and a solid pass to a dpole on the wing is just as good. but you do need to know the breakout and fast break pass style so just work on your technique.
