proton preference

I just pinched my proton and I will be stringing it shortly. Before i pinched it I read several articles, one entitled "pinching a proton." Someone stated that a pinched proton sucks. I cant imagine any proton sucking but everyone is entitled to theoir opinion. Anyways, getting to my question, does anyone have a pinched proton and what do yuo think of it? Does it really suck in your opinion compared to an unpinched one. I also have an unpinched proton that i love so i figured a pinched one would be so much better. Will this be something I'll regret?

I don't have a pinched proton but i do have a pinched AV8. There the exact same head except for the sidewall design. I love it. It has great control and it throws awsome. I got hard mesh in it right now.

I have a pinched proton, granted I melted it a little in the microwave but it's still good for goofin around. It's good stuff, scoop is a little hard but nothing you can't grow accustomed to

i say a pinched proton is better than a unpinched proton.

you probably wont be able to play with it in a game, even if's it's legal. my xt last year was declared illeagal, aftere taking one faceoff with it. first time i had used the head in a game, other than back yard catches adn a few practices. but just so you know, some ref's are real pickey about modified heads.
