the X Dye

I did this dye last weekend. It took a lot of time taping, dyeing, taping and dyeing. Black to purple to dark green. White X's on the top and some white rectangles on the side. The top triangles, if you notice, are green and the bottom ones are purple. Kind of not noticable. Strung it with Jima semi hard, 2 acrosse and a U. Also did a double sidewall. The dye didnt come out exactly as planned but still pretty happy with it. What do you guys think?

the string jobs really nice, you might want to fix the sidewall, the dye looks nice too

Wow, I've never seen an Edge-X/Prophecy without the rubber and to tell you the truth besides the little teeth, it looks exactly like an Edge/E3. Nice string job, though next time you dye with tape just spend a little more time blowdrying/heating the tape to the head, that way there is less of a chance of the dye bleeding.

Great idea and product though.

Aside from minor dye bleeding, it looks really good. Although I would have liked black purple black better, you get a 10/10 for creativity.

I like the top a lot. It's a really cool concept but the color combo just doesn't float my boat. I think it would look really cool with a purple and black fade. The green just isn't doing it for me. Nice job over all though.

its an edge x w/o the rubber fingers if i'm not mistaken. If it was just black/purple/white it would be sick. Regardless thats a very good dye.

ya the head is an edge x w/o the fingers....also sorry to report... i broke the head in an indoor game in the winter. im not sure y i used it in the game cuz it broke but thts how things go i guess, the pocket wasss soo nice

yeah, i'm not really a big fan of the green either. The X's at the top look fantastic! really clean and crisp and all that good stuff. Really nice job.
