Slow Breaks

Can somebody explain slow breaks to me? We learned it at camp, but I forgot what it was about.

did you go to the albany camp? anyway, the slow break is when two middies are coming up the field. the attackman on the side they are coming up goes up to the restraining line and recieves a pass. the "X" attackman comes around the net to recieve a pass from the attackman that just got the ball. the "X" attackman then runs around the net and passes to the third attackman on the otherside of the field. that attackman then passes to a midfielder that just ran up the field. the middie that doesnt get the ball sets a pick and the middie with the ball shoots off the pick.
