D1
Mens: Episcopal HS (south)
Gals: Cy-Fair HS (south)
D2
Mens: Westside HS (south)

this i know.... unless WHS moves to D1 this year (probably won't, coach is mad at the guys and will probably elect to stay D2 even if voted by the rest for D1)

That's one big guy I wouldn't want mad at me

no kidding, but he seems nice enough... seeing as he flirts with the track girls all the time.

for the girls, no doubt Cy-fair... it is a no brainer.
if Episcopal doesn't win D1, it will probably be Highland Park; but my moneys on EHS.
St. Anthonys was a real close game last year though for guys D2, if WHS stays D2 it may be harder this year seeing as they lost a whole string of players.

:) we're lookin to take it to the final four again.. its gonna be tough to take root and gagel (sjs) but i think we may be able to pull it off even though we lost our best middy (vollmer)

the schedules on thsll show that westside is staying d2 so i think theyll be doing really well this year.

although it really is too early to tell - guys d1 playoff predictions
1. hp
2. ehs
3. smh
4. st marks/sjs get wild card

lamar doesnt look too shabby this year either

the westside coach/coaches are awsome guys. i remember talking to them this summer - especially the big guy.

hp, st marks, and esd look pretty even, although im gonna give the nod to st marks or highland park for the north... the north is gonna be fiercly competitive.

Hey, McNeil, whoever you are, Central is going to be a battle Westlake has been practicing 6 days a week all summer, I don't know their schedule now that the school year has started. Also, I'm from McCallum and we lost 2 starters from last year, and lose none after this year. It will be a battle all year. I have to say Austin and SMH are probably still on top, but definately beatable this year.

Yeah Yeah, Westlake has good athletes but we had their old coach and I know they'll be in great shape but the way they coach is, lots of yelling, and individuals scoring. I will not be a team game. As for Mcallum, Sams a great golie and theres a few other good players but theres a lack of athleticism in many places. SMH will not hardly be an easy team to beat but they arent the old SMH that kills everyone.

They have a new coach this year, not the same guy as last year.

Latin Babe, I appreciate your comment on the Championship being a very close game. Lots of people figure that since we lost we're a worse team because most people that know who we are didn't drive to Houston to see us play(because we beat them maybe?). I was number 16 on defense, and tried my hardest to keep my team in there...despite our winning score at halftime we couldn't keep up. Playing both games in one day definately worked in Westside's favor, as they actually had lines...we played 14 different players through BOTH games that day. It was stressfull on all of us, and a very sad ending to my senior season, but there's always next year...and no Westside to stop my boys from dominating!

We played both St. Anthony's and Westside at aTm. We lost to Westside cause all our team except for two players played 7 games before that. We beat St. anthony's but i definently think their better.

Playing a team in a tournament doesn't mean ANYTHING. Especially not the A&M tournament last year with the field conditions. My old team played Cy-Fair in the Longhorn Shootout and got it handed to us, then handed it to them at A&M...tournament play has no reflection on anything season related. BTW, St. Anthony's lost pretty badly to teams like Cedar Park and Anderson I beleive in the Longhorn Shootout, and beat both teams by over 10 goals in the season.
