I was just wondering, what do you guys do for your wallball routine? I'm curious to see what kind of things people are doing, and having success with. I'm not asking for the best wallball routine at all, so please don't close the thread on that account.
I'll start it off.
50 Passes Left
50 Passes Right
50 Passes Left
50 Passes Right
50 Quicksticks Left
50 Quicksticks Right
50 Quicksticks Left
50 Quicksticks Right
15 Dodge and Shoot on the Run Left
15 Dodge and Shoot on the Run Right
20-30 Minutes of Time and Room Shoots, alternating Left - Right.
5-10 Minutes of BTB, ATW, other unimportant skills, done mainly for fun.
I know, it's not very intense :-P
50 left
50 right
50 quickstick left
50 quickstick right
100 catch, split to switch hands, throw
100 throw, split to switch hands while ball hits wall, catch
25 over opposite shoulder quickstick left
25 over opposite shoulder quickstick right
After this, I may mess around and try to do quicksticks alternating between regular and over opposite shoulderon same throw. I'm getting better at it, but it's still tough for me.

-Wall Ball:
25 right/left
repeat 3 more times
25 right/left arm
repeat 3 more times
25 quicksticks right/left
repeat 3 more times
-Shooting:
50 shots on my goal right/left
50 shots on the run right/left
50 shots w/split dodge left to right/left
50 shots w/face dodge right/left
50 throws at my rebounder, catch and then shoot right/left
After I do that I then just mess around.
I try and do that everyday but usually do a lesser version of it (because I'm lazy).

50 right/left passes - 15 yards
Repeat with 10 yards, then 5 yards.
100 right/left quicksticks
100 catch right, throw left
Repeat vice versa
50 one handed quicksticks, both hands
50 time and room shots, both hands
50 on the run, both hands
50 on the run jump shots, both hands
50 splits into jumpshots, both hands
Thats it, then I'll just do stupid stuff.

hmm let me find it
Quick stick – 50 right, then 50 left (no cradle)
One hand quick stick- 50 right, then 50 left (no cradle)
Quick stick- change hands each time you throw the ball while the ball is in the air- 50 right, then 50 left ( no cradle)
Both hand catch and cradle- 50 right, then 50 left (one quick cradle)
One hand catch and cradle – 50 right, then 50 left (one quick cradle)
Face dodge- catch-face dodge-throw- 50 right, then 50 left
Split dodge- throw right, catch right, split dodge to left hand, throw left, catch left, split back to right hand- 50 right, then 50 left
Cross handed- 50 right, then 50 left- “cross handed” means stick in right hand on the left side of body, or stick in left hand on right side of body (one quick cradle each time)
Behind the back- 50 right, then 50 left
25 each hand bounce (stand further back from the wall, throw the ball to the wall, and let it bounce back to you)
push yourself through the whole "routine" if you drop the ball, start all over, and keep a good pace up.. don't practice lazy
try to crank it out in a 1/2 hour
shooting
time/room 100-200 shots left/right
run/gun 100-200 left right
shooting out of dodges ex.rolls splits etc. 100-200 left/right

When do you guys do these things? I mean, czechinthepipes, that's 500 shots along with your wallball routine, and that's gotta be at least 2-3 hours of work. Unless your in like elementary school, or a really easy high school, when do you find time to do all of that? I usually wake up about 1 hr before I have to go to school and run or do some drills, then after school I usually have about 30-45 min to work, but other than that I'm pretty loaded up on homework. Where do you guys find time?

Here is what I do...
Wall Work:
30 minutes right hand
15 minutes left hand
I am a lefty. When I do my wall work, I don't try to do exact numbers. It messes me up trying to think about what number I am on. I go to my middle school which is about one minute away, instead of going to my high school which is about five minutes away. I play on the wall in the back of the school, and I try to hit the same brick every time I throw.
Shooting:
I have a goal in my backyard, so I just shoot for 30 minutes, and I try to use both hands when I shoot.

Well I am in college, and am taking an easy semester, plus I was home schooled last year. I also am really good at time management. I do believe that I said I try to do that routine every day and that I am kinda lazy and I usually do a lesser version.
So to answer your question when I do it, I do it on weekends, and a few times during the week when I'm not at school. And then the days that I am at school or busy I do a lesser version of it. There isn't really a day that I don't practice some lacrosse.
(I edited my list/schedule to make more sense and less confusing).

well me and czech are in college, so its basically school home do your class stuff and you have a buttload of free time unless your working
and it shouldnt be 2-3 hours of work, that would only apply if your taking an easy leisurely pace
wall work is supposed to be a hard and fast workout you get your quality reps in and get out thats it, the same thing applies to your shooting you grab a bucket of balls and just start launching them
plus time management helps a lot i just have to worry about when assignments are do so usually i do everything way ahead of time so i dont have to fret about it later

grab a bucket of balls and just start launching them
That's my biggest problem, unfortunately I don't have a bucket of balls, only 8, so I have to constantly go back to my net and pick them up, which takes up a lot of time. But I can see now how you guys fit it in. And having a bucket would probably cut down time by a lot as well.
