My max out is hovering just below twice my body weight. I can easily do over 20 reps with my body weight. That ratio is more important than actual weights, IMHO.

if you max is less than how much u weigh, but you can do 20 reps with how much you weigh, you max would be much more than your body weight.

Don't forget sexy as hell, :wink. 132 benched 155 once last week, 1st time. I haven't gained weight since end of last year's wrestling season.

i recently pulled a muscle in my chest, somehow... but when i was in the weightroom seing what i could do, i asked a personal trainer that works out their all the time what i should and shouldnt do, and how to heal it. While i was talking to him he told me he watches me bench and sais im doing it wrong. i am doing it the way my gym teacher told me but i would rather take advice from a trainer. anyway with the way i was doing it, not going fully down to my chest, stoping about and inch or two off, and brought the bar down closer to my neck than my nipples. but i was able to do 7 reps of 175. but with the right way which i guess is going all the way down to the chest and more in the middle near the nipples than the collar bone. im guessing probably 10 reps of 155. i weigh 155-160 ish. but by the time my muscle heals ill proably be back down to 150-145 ish. oh yea, and my max is probably 200, it was 230 doing it my old bad form way.
I have always hated going to weddings, all the old people poke me and whisper "your next" well they stoped once i started saying it to them at funerals.

I weigh 175, and I am fat, slow, and out of shape. Coming around slowly, but I can only throw up 140 or so.

9th grade I wrestled 112(I was at 107), 10th I wrestled 112 and kept at about 111, but gradually went up as we got our 1 or 2 lb increments in jan./feb. Last year I wrestled 125 and ended the season at 130, gained 2 pounds, and haven't gained any weight since. I was usually 2 pounds over my target weight and had to cut the day before a match, but last year was the only year I ever had to cut weight. I did get down to 119 three times during the season, that was hell.
When I was a freshman my coach wanted me to try to get to 103, but, not including last year, I've never been able to lose or gain more than 2 pounds at a time. I just have an extremely fast metabolism. I eat a lot and hardly get sick. I only missed half a week of school when I had mono, versus most people who are out a month or so. One time I ate half a dozen glazed kk donuts and finished an entire Wendy's triple classic with cheese. In 15 minutes.

I dunno. 80, maybe? I'm weak. All I know is that I curl 25 pounds per arm, so I don't know how that translates to the all important bench, because I haven't got access to a gym.

I hate how people always think strength is all about bench, and people that only bench, do they not see how retarded the california build is?

yeah, see, I'm gonna pair with the noodle armers. However, My legs are monstrously powerful. Its like i was built wrong and every muscle in my body was taken away and put in my legs, slow twitch style.
