I got a great idea from a friend the other day who plays baseaball. I said i was havin problems with my cup bruisin my thigh. he suggested to buy baseball slide shorts for protection and a little cup pocket. Have you guys ever heard of this cuz im thinkin about doin it
I wore slidin shorts with a cup when I played in goal. For you guys who dont sliding shorts ARE compression shorts, just with like a quarter inch padding not even, so u dont rip up ur thighs when you slide in baseball. I just wore em cause' I had em but they worked. Go for it.
yea i have em cuz i play goalie in soccer and i slide alot. it helps alot even tho they feel kinda wierd but i dont really feel them wen i get into the game. i played baseball the season b4 so i had it like laxdave and yea i like em alot, only like 25$ or so.
i wear sliding shorts when i play in games, but not when i coach, they do have a pocket for a cup and some of them have some padding on the hips. definatley recommended.
hey, and at least it proves that baseball itsnt TOTALLY worthless
ya the padding will do absolutely nothing...its so thin itd be better to put a piece of paper into compression shorts and use that as padding, altho it def does help the comfort level i find
